By default, Device Access HDM (DA HDM) is set up to activate only the new DA API implementation, features/functionalities, and registers the com.prosyst.mbs.services.da.DeviceAdmin OSGi service. DA HDM Core offers an approach to manage both of them - the new DA API implementation and the old HDM features, or switch between them, via the OSGi configuration with PID mbs.da.core.apis.
