OS Info utility

The System bundle exports com.prosyst.util.os package, which provides two utilities:

• OS Info – OSInfo provides platform-dependent system information.
• Process Info – ProcessInfo provides platform-dependent process information.

These utilities are used in the Inventory Printer service from UTIL module, where the OS Info inventory prints information about the running processes on the system.

The mbs.osinfo.class system property has two possible values:

• com.prosyst.util.os.{win, linux, macos}.OsInfoImpl, with com.prosyst.util.os.linux.OsInfoImpl as default one,
• disable, for excluding native libraries for the corresponding OS.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package is required to be installed, if the bundle is run on a Windows machine.
