Holds the framework JARs, and some libraries:

• fwprofiles.jar – Contains description of osgi execution environment profiles for different jvms.
• fwtime.jar – Contains an implementation of the Time utility, which uses the high-resolution clock of the parent OS.
• serverceej.jar – Server jar, which is tailored for ceej virtual machine.
• serverjvm18.jar – The components of the Standard Version of the framework to use on JDK 1.8. The support for java 1.7 or previous is removed.

/runtimes

Contains the shared native libraries of the framework utilities. The libraries are classified by operating system in separate directories.
