The Web Console is a developer tool and must not be used in production.
If you do not redirect these streams to the remote console, you will not be able to view the messages sent by bundles or services. They will be displayed in the default console of the framework. You will only be able to send commands.
Redirecting console output is done with the following command in the Shell page of the Web Console:
system.dump
Sets the current output to the System.out and System.err
