The Web Console is a developer tool and must not be used in production.
The value of the Last Started field indicates the exact time the OSGi Framework implementation was started.
The Web Console supports the restarting and shutting down of the framework. To shut down the framework, click the Stop button from the Framework field. This will stop the running OSGi framework. To restart the framework, click the Restart button from the Framework field. This will stop and then start again the running OSGi framework. Note that when you restart it, all bundles and services will be returned to their state before the shutdown. For instance, if a bundle is ACTIVE when you shut down the server, it will be returned to this state when you restart the server, and if it is RESOLVED, the bundle will be resolved when the server is restarted.
