Overview
Through its stateChanged method waits for the platform state to become UPDATING. Once this state is reached, a transition to state UPDATING+1 is requested. After reaching UPDATING+1 it checks for devices that need configuration. The service is of type com.prosyst.mbs.services.platform.PlatformStateListener.

The service is registered by the Peripheral Core Bundle.
