The Automation ESH module presently provides tracking of bundle rule resources and watching the file system for rule resources, and uses the Managed Rule Provider to inject them into the Rule Registry. Additional Rule Provider services could be implemented and added into Rule Registry, but their rules will not be persisted by the Managed Rule Provider. Such Rule Provider services should implement their own persistence, if they need it.
