There are three Registries in the Automation ESH module. The most significant of them is the Rule Registry. The others are Module Type Registry and Template Registry. They have fewer functions than Rule Registry, but they are not less important. The Registry's most important function is to collect all providers that provide the corresponding Automation ESH objects and to provide common register for them. But the Registries do not provide a persistence of the corresponding Automation ESH objects. The persistence should be provided by the appropriate Automation ESH Object Provider.
