Open JDK VM

OpenJDK (Open Java Development Kit) is a free and open source implementation of the Java Platform, Standard Edition (Java SE). OpenJDK is the official reference implementation of Java SE since version 7. The OpenJDK project produces a number of components. Most important of them are:

• the virtual machine – HotSpot
• the Java Class Library
• and the Java compiler – javac.

Supported options

The server script supports options for launching the framework with:

• security
• lazy initialization
• measurements
• error log
• clear storage
• enabled framework extensions
• disabled certificate management
• framework loader – for JDK, the framework loader is activated by default
• uncaught exception handling
• application class loader
