The DA API Implementation is based on the Functional Item Management module. For this reason the Device Access' functionality depends on the basic Functional Item Management services. The com.prosyst.mbs.services.fim.util.FunctionalItemHelper service is required for the DA API Implementation to work. Without this service the Device Access Core can not be started and used.
