The Home Device Admin service allows you to explore the devices added in the Home Device Manager by the underlying protocol adapters.

In the Home Device Admin, a device is typically represented by:

• One Home Device with properties that give you an overall perspective on the device: status, vendor, display name, protocol adapter etc.
• One or more Device Class Objects which provide the features and the functions of the device. In most cases, these objects are implementations of predefined Device Class Object interfaces, provided by the HDM.
