The new service release improves overall cluster stability, error discovery and failure recovery:
- Handle split brain scenarios
- Improved monitoring and health check
- Cleanup of obsolete events
At this occasion, various minor bug fixes (e.g. regarding subscription
activation/deactivation after client reconnect) have also been
deployed.

Further, we now additionally support scenarios in which you can share a client ID across the Bosch IoT Things and Bosch IoT Hub services.

Highlight: The Relations concept was improved and harmonized with
Things. In fact all concepts for Things now apply for Relations
likewise. The most important benefit is for example that a Relation now
holds its own Access Control List (ACL).
