Uploading Edge Services log files to the cloud is available via functional Items.

To get this functionality, the responsible Things agent bundle com.prosyst.mbs.things.agent.items.osgi.log registers the functional item AutoUploadable:Log, which gets represented as a matching feature in the cloud.

Bosch IoT Things feature

The log files upload functionality is represented through the AutoUploadable:Log feature in the Edge Services runtime thing. All available operations can be requested via the Bosch IoT Things service.

The AutoUploadable:Log feature implements the following functionalities:

• Log upload on request – uses the Uploadable model for uploading log files
• Periodic log upload – uses AutoUploadable model to deploy new incoming logs periodically
